any morning of the week

Jeff's gonna kill me for posting this picture...but this is where we are any given morning at, say, 6 am. We have a ritual of Astrid hopping into bed with us to nurse in the morning, Jeff usually makes the coffee (and delivers it) and takes Skagit out and feeds her, and we all wake up listening to the news on NPR. This was us yesterday morning. We tried to linger in bed but Astrid can only stay put for so long.

Grammy Astrid will be here a week from today!!!!
