Yesterday we received a treat in the mail from Auntie Genevieve! A couple of birthday dresses that she made for Astrid (only a little over a week before we have a 1 year old in the house!!!! Woo Hoo!) Astrid had a little fashion show this morning and she wanted to show you!

I can't believe that Genevieve can find the time to sew for my daughter when she has three little ones of her own running around! She said that she stayed up late one night finishing up...and her kiddos get up early in the morning!

One of these beautiful dresses will be worn on Astrid's birthday when Grammy Astrid comes out for some cake!





Here is one more beautiful handmade item that another talented Auntie made for her! Aunt Katie made this awesome quilt and sent it out early for her 1st birthday - special delivery via Uncle Frank a few weeks ago! I know the time this took and she will treasure it forever!
