Yesterday morning's hike up Sentinel

Here are a couple of pics from our hike up Sentinel yesterday morning. I burned up the mtn but it wasn't easy...my legs felt like someone else's but I just got into a march and set my sights on the peak.I probably shouldn't have run down - but it was too much to resist with the perfect morning we had...totally clear blue sky with some clouds rolling in over the mtns to the west and a little chilly, but no wind.Sonny boy was too interested in running way ahead for me to snap a pic of him.

I still haven't seen a hint of any wildflowers on Sentinel yet! Blue Mountain has buttercups (as of two weeks ago!)!! I can't wait until there are so many I can't count them all! It's right around the corner!
