Just another walk in the woods - big surprise!

Skagit, Sonny and I went up Blue Mountain today and had a great hike!

I saw this really neat moss that I always just walk by...this time I took a closer look. Don't you just love this color, in nature?


Here is where I found the moss...dangling in the low branches of a mighty ponderosa pine.
We passed this rocky outcrop that overlooks Missoula.
