Sushi treat for my bookclub Honeys!!

We had bookclub at my house this month and we discussed the book that we just read - my suggestion - "Catcher in the Rye". We actually talked about the book for more than 5 minutes! That is pretty good for us!

I decided to make a special treat ~ sushi. I have been obsessed with making it lately. Made it for a Superbowl get-together and recently with some other friends. I have been able to get lots of great smoked steelhead from my friend John Brauer - caught fresh from Idaho.

This was the first time I attempted to make Spicy Tuna rolls. And the turned out to be my favorite rolls! I always worry a little when using the raw stuff - but WOW they turned out well.
